The 2 guys who helped us yesterday went way beyond helping! We came in with a hinge for which we wanted to get replacements. I called earlier to make sure they had them. Joe assured me they had 300 so I made my way in about 1/2 hour away. I get there only to find out it wasn’t the right one! I was bummed seeing I called first & it was 1/2 hour away. The 2 guys (sorry I didn’t get your names), looked in the leftover parts box, scoured the shelves & said he could order them for me since none worked. It was a discontinued item.... read more

Poor customer service. I tried to talk to the guy about pricing and he was less than forthcoming with pricing etc. He was afraid I could have "been a competitor" looking for their contractor pricing. I just wanted some general info.
