Same as Richelieu in Quebec City, extremely overpriced, 65$ for glass door hinge elsewhere, here it’s 365$ for the same hinge… went there a few times for specialized items and always leaved empty handed. Amazon every time.
The worst public service I have received in a Richeliu store is this Pompano store, the front desk girls do not say good morning, good afternoon and always a bad face. I can’t belive it
Very bad customer service, the employees are not nice at all. Unfortunately that is the closest option from home, that’s the only reason I’m still going there.
We purchased cabinet, handles and the customer service was efficient. And the pickup area quick.
