We own a custom cabinet business and spend an obscene amount of money per year with this hardware supplier. The way they require you to return items is a painful process. They make it near impossible so you get fed up and give up most of the time. Currently looking for another hardware supplier. I encourage Richelieu Corporate Office to reach out to us to further discuss my frustrations that I have expressed to several of our reps. South Simcoe Custom Cabinets

Just took delivery of the handles and knobs for my new kitchen and when I went to install them the screws for the drawers were too short, thinking it was an oversight I contacted them and was told I needed to purchase them. Longer screws for drawers is a standard and having to buy extra screws at an extra cost is not right. I got no satisfaction from from their customer support service.
As a walk in customer ,I placed an order 30 minutes ago and still hasn’t been handed over to me . Poor poor service . 🤬🤬 I am still sitting in the store
