They don’t need your business. Or at least mine as I was told. I’m a cabinet builder and buy 1000’s of glides and hinges. They offered me the Richelieu version of the Blum hinges on a deal. Told me they are the exact same thing. They aren’t and they wouldn’t refund them back or even exchange them. Warren is always helpful and patient helping me figure out part numbers and orders. Sometimes I do have to wait a while to be helped, but that is because they are helping people like me figure things out. In any case, this is my go to spot for hardware!
