Service horrible-les employés sont bêtes, impolis et offrent aucune assistance. Vraiment la pire expérience que nous avons eu dans toute notre rénovation. Jamais je n’achèterai chez Richelieu, leur valeurs corporatives ne sont pas à mesure.
If I could give zero stars I would. The customer service was appalling. They were rude, and did everything short of throwing us out. Our contractor asked us to go choose our finishes and he would manage there on. We’ve never felt so unwelcome and burdensome. Big zero, we won’t be spending our money at Richelieu.
