J’ai commandé, pour un projet esthétique intérieur, une planche de contreplaqué peuplier 3/4 d’épaisseur chez Inov Sherbrooke qui l’a fait venir de chez Richelieu. C'est un bois réputé pour ne pas se voiler dans cette configuration. Eh bien, il a manifestement un petit côté rebelle qu’on ne m’avait pas précisé ! When we purchased a cabinet handle they told us we can return it just keep it in original packaging.After just several days, we decided to change the size for some of them for a larger one.The person i talked to says they charge restocking fee of 15%.What the hell is that? Its not even stated on my bill that restocking fee will be charge upon return.I asked other people there what it means by it and he got annoyed and even telling me if i keep asking other people he wouldn't accept my return..Is this for real?Are they scammi... read more
