NO customer service. Needed some more specific dimensions or CAD models for this company's products (some of their documents are a little vague) for a local school's new CNC based woodworking program without success. In the end it was easier for them to switch to a vendor with actual customer service than to deal with these clowns.
I went there with a problem replacing my kitchen cabinet hinges and they are working with me to try and figure it out.
