It’s not what you say, it’s how you say it – and this experience missed the mark in both areas. From the start, it was a struggle just to find the main entrance to the building. Once inside, I thought no one was even there. Turns out, the employee was too busy on their phone to offer a simple 'welcome' or 'how can I help?' When I asked for information, I was told I needed to create an account (which would take 24 hours to activate) before they could assist me or even answer a simple question.
