Been going to Richelieu for several years and have always had great service, from the people helping on the phone as I order to Paul in the back when I pick up the parts. I feel that they truly care about customer service. Great jobs guy.
Dropped in to choose bathroom drawer pulls that matched with our faucets. Naomi was super helpful explaining how the product codes worked and the different price points. I left with two choices to share with our builder. Great service!
