Paul, Ray of Sunshine (older than dinosaurs, but younger than the sun), and the crew that support and run the warehouse are awesome. I am always greeted with cheer and they always have the product(s) I need to pick up (I run pickup on behalf of Delton Cabinets and there is a PO setup in advance for all orders made to Richelieu --- makes it easy for everyone). Lady at front desk seems to have zero interest in assisting customers. Barely looked up when asked a question, and instead directs me to "talk to someone with more experience"
