Great place awesome people would recommend
By no means this the opinion of my company or any part of it. But personally i was sent here to pick up some hardware for a job of ours ,which is when i met Randy a front desk sale clerk i was making sure everything was in our order and i was met with foul language and a very bad attitude. Many are not dressed well or look the best but i didnt deserve that kind of treatment. The one thing we all have in common is were customers and are spending the same money. Someone needs a customer service course on how to treat customers
Good grief! Absolutely the worst customer experience I have ever had. Several employees wandering about ignoring us. No other customers in the shop. I asked an older man at the desk if someone could please help us with some questions. He asked “about what”. I said we were interested in information and prices on some cabinet inserts. He said I should write down the number and bring it up and someone would try and look it up. Are you kidding me?? There are other suppliers of these things and I would never buy from or recommend... read more
Quick pick drop nice worker
Very lack of customer service. I went there twice and all the men at front desk are not good to provide service. Not willing to do at all. If you ask them 2 questions, they feel irritated. Really need good staff.
