I placed an order and was never given any shipping options. At checkout, there was no indication that there would be additional charges or that my order would be shipped from multiple locations. After placing the order, the total shown on the website was one amount, but when I checked my bank account, it was $100 more. The people that work inside the showroom were not even remotely helpful. They acted like they could’ve cared less that I was in the store and were burdened with my questions and I really only had about two questions. Was one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had and I’ve told my contractor that we’d like to shop elsewhere. I could’ve just stayed at home and talked to my computer and It would’ve given me more help. Talking to my dog would’ve probably been more helpful.

I placed an order by phone for 7 pieces of cabinet hardware. I told the young lady who helped me I would be there in 2 hours to pick up. She said that was fine. This was not her fault. She was tremendously helpful while I was deciding on what to order. By the time I arrived to pick up I was running late for an appointment but figured picking up the hardware would make my being late tolerable.
