Honestly, very overrated. Prices are ridiculously high for simple hardware items, and the staff keeps pressuring you to buy instead of actually helping you find what you need. It feels like they’re trained to upsell, not to provide real customer service. The quality does not match the price at all. For “premium” hardware, a lot of it feels average at best and some items didn’t even seem well-finished. You can find the same or better stuff elsewhere for much cheaper. The guy that helped me was efficient and friendly. They should advertise that they only sell to contractors or businesses, but it didn't affect me because I do have a contractor hired. However, I could see the issues arising from somebody that doesn't have one and wants to buy as a general public person. Also, the wait time was terrible for the product I ordered.
