Worst customer service agent. British guy that gave me attitude for asking to order something in. He told me ' that isn't good enough' after providing a product code and the supplier we're working with. Instead of giving me helpful feedback he was just a huge dick on the phone. When I confronted him about his attitude he hung up the phone. Pathetic.

I recently worked with Nick to select the correct hardware for bi-folding doors, and I couldn't be more impressed. Nick was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to understand my specific needs. He provided expert technical advice even drawing sketches a taking multiple calls. The service was prompt, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. Thank you Nick.
Abysmal customer service. They don’t answer the phone or return messages. They don’t keep track of special orders. They don’t have proper knowledge of the products they sell. They keep you waiting for a ridiculously long time while they bring stuff out from whatever impenetrable labyrinth they keep their stock in. They take no responsibility. Yet they act superior and give attitude. Such a weird baffling annoying exasperating experience dealing with them and their inept disorganization
One of the most disgusting stores for wasting your money, they just take the money from you and then no one is responsible. If you want to throw your money in the trash, buy from them.
