Honestly, very overrated. Prices are ridiculously high for simple hardware items, and the staff keeps pressuring you to buy instead of actually helping you find what you need. It feels like they’re trained to upsell, not to provide real customer service. The quality does not match the price at all. For “premium” hardware, a lot of it feels average at best and some items didn’t even seem well-finished. You can find the same or better stuff elsewhere for much cheaper. You’re basically paying for the brand name, not for quality... read more
