The guy that helped me was efficient and friendly. They should advertise that they only sell to contractors or businesses, but it didn't affect me because I do have a contractor hired. However, I could see the issues arising from somebody that doesn't have one and wants to buy as a general public person. Also, the wait time was terrible for the product I ordered. Awful. They are open to the public and you can come in and find exactly what you’re looking for, but they will refuse to sell it to you you’re an individual person and not a business. Don’t even spend the time making the trek out to Richmond.
The pickup was so slow and the waiting time was so long! The site didn't look very busy, no one was waiting, the staff were walking around, I don't know why it was so slow.
Sales staff extremely rude and condescending to my employee. Returns are not easily initiated and Sales Manager will not return my calls
Called 3 times - first time someone answered and told me to hold, and eventually hung up on me. Second time, they answered and straight up hung up on me. 3rd time didn't even answer, straight to hold with generic marketing pre-recorded messages. I don't think I've gotten worse customer service in the Lower Mainland.
