Speaking with a representative in Kelowna this morning, Nov 18/2025 @ 9:50am. I requested a quote for 1 3/4" slide spacers where the representative on the phone tried to convince me that I should build them from wood. I was put on hold for an exetended period of time. I will find another alternative for my needs.
Poor customer service. Poor communication. Lost my order so I purchased what I needed somewhere else, then automatically charged me for it when it showed up a month later. Took 3 weeks for a refund then they charged me a restock fee. Left a message with manager and nobody has responded. Will never do business here again. Go see Reimer hardwood for great customer service and communication.
Don’t buy anything here if you aren’t a business! Bought roll out garbage can, unfortunately had to return it because of depth of cabinet. It’s been almost 4 weeks since I have returned it and still no refund. I’ve had to call so many times and it’s one thing after another. First they had to wait two weeks to send it back to Vancouver. Now they are taking their time issuing the refund and apparently I have to call once more to give them credit card number for refund. All very inconvenient.
