Richdell construction is a horrible outfit. They spent over a month showering my house and neighborhood with concrete dust. On top of not mitigating their dust whatsoever, the Hispanic workers running the demo saws and grinders had no personal protection (dust masks). If these jerks work in your neighborhood, call OSHA, don't listen to their excuse that "the city won't let them use the water needed to mitigate"...they can get a damn hydrant meter like any legitimate contractor would do.
