I had a great experience with the Richcraft Leasing Team. I was communicating with Mariya Solyanyk the whole time and she just made it so seamless!
The pre and after sales service from Richcraft was wonderful for our condo at The Charlotte!
Overall everything is fine except my kitchen. Issues were addressed to the builder and kitchen company, Both Richcraft and Potvin came in to review my issues and promised to fix it for me. Hopefully everything will be fixed soon.
Thanks for the warranty service manager coming in to the review the duct issue and promised to fix it for us. Hopefully I will have my own hoodfan soon.
