May 2023: Too bad these guys don't do what they say they will do. I ordered a golf cart from them and gave plenty of notice to get it built as I wanted. I called them see if the cart was ready, Brent said it was ready. I hooked up my trailer and went to the Iconic shop to pick it up. When I got there the cart was not ready as stated. This was very frustrating as I was leaving from their shop to take it to our mountian home 4 hours away. I took my trailer back home and told them they could keep the golf cart. I won the lotto when I talked to Brent from Iconic Custom Carts. He answered my warranty options, but more importantly, he took 30 mins of his time to troubleshoot with me over the phone. Who does that anymore?! He was able to identify the issue, which saved me a lot of time and money. I'll forever be grateful and highly recommend doing business with such a class act.
