I needed help fixing the latch on my gate, and Shawn came out in less than 12 hours to get it taken care of. He was super friendly, professional, and you can tell he really cares about doing a good job. Customer service is really important to me, and I had a great experience with Richboro from start to finish. Hopefully I won’t need a new fence anytime soon, but if I do, I’d definitely work with them again. Thanks again, Shawn!
Shawn came out on very short notice (same day ) to repair my pool fence gate so I could gain access to my pool and close the gate securely. Shawn said he would be out by 3pm and was here a half hour prior and took him only 10 minutes to fix the issue!! Best fence company around! Gave us the best quote & installed the Fence ahead of schedule, the installers were extremely professional and cleaned the yard afterwards. The site manager and owner came on site to check the progress of the installation and remained in contact with us to make sure we were satisfied with the work.
