I had a very disappointing experience with this agency. I waited over 30 minutes in the cold and rain for a scheduled inspection, as the agent arrived late with no courtesy call or update. To make things worse, the property was leased out less than five hours later, which makes me feel like my time and effort were completely disregarded. Communication and respect for potential tenants need serious improvement.
