be very careful with the finance department. they add crystal fusion for windshield but never apply it to the windshield. they sell metrotech for 5k and never apply the paint coating. they lie and says its extended warranty. it is not extended warranty. it is an extra coat they have to apply to the windshield and body. They sell without giving you extra information on how to claim for warranty like assurant. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH FINANCE DEPARTMENT. they are liars. Lack of customer service. Salesmen, or at least the one I dealt with, was not knowledgeable regarding the C Class that he was pressuring us to purchase. Also, MGMT was not really willing to barter or negotiate for the work & repairs needed on the used C Class we were interested in. All 6 tires were over 5 years old, obvious that rv say out on the sun, faded & cracked siding. Not at all impressed with Camping World.

Avoid this location—save yourself the headache. I purchased a travel trailer here last November, and the experience has been nothing but frustrating. Upon delivery, the table inside wasn’t secured properly and ended up flying around during transit, causing damage to the fridge. I contacted our sales rep immediately to report the issue and also mentioned that the propane tank—promised to be full as part of the sale—was completely empty. Worst experience ever this people are money greedy and don’t want to negotiate or care for negotiation on there products sitting on there lot for more than a year/two Worst RV dealer and the only dealer I’ve been to that is so uncaring for customers. And the worst part is that they don’t even bother calling back to try to show some negotiation all that comes out of there mouth is “ We are losing money already”. A sales person by the name of Alex at the Riverside CA location told me after running my credit that I have to put a deposit down to get loan and interest rates then proceeded to argue with me on the phone about how all RV dealerships require deposits to simply discuss loan rates. LOL the guy is such a gaslighting manipulative liar
