I had an extremely disappointing experience with Camping World regarding the value of the products they sell. Eight months ago, I purchased a $15,000 trailer from Camping World — a 2025 Heartland Mallard 17RBL, which is manufactured exclusively for Camping World due to its size and configuration. Nice store . I needed parts ….. unfortunately the parts department went home an hour prior to the closing of the store and it was a dry run . A lady from upfront came back and helped me look for the items on the shelf . ALMOST found a perfect match . Almost . I’ll be back !
We had a very nice friendly experience here today. We just wanted to preview some units and the sales people were glad and happy to accommodate us. Please ask for Mike B when you need customer service. He took us around and previewed the units we wanted to see while explaining all of the ins and outs of quality and pricing. Mike was very knowledgeable and expressed his concerns and interests in different name brands and models regarding quality and long term living. Honestly, I got an 5th wheel from them and now it has been nothing but headaches. Go elsewhere or do your research on a better dealer. There inspection they sell you.. what a joke. After you leave with a trailer trust me it’s your problem.
