I am deeply disappointed with this location. I spoke with two salespeople over the phone, asking how I could calculate taxes myself at home—specifically, what the formula would be. One of them had no idea and suggested I input the information into a computer for assistance. He then transferred me to another person who also couldn't help and, in frustration, hung up on me.
