Otis was a great sales person to work with. While we couldn't come to a deal on the existing inventory, he went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for at a different camping world location and facilitated the sale for a different location just to make sure I got what I needed. Very classy guy and a great sales experience.
This place is a jewel Right off the 91 freeway with a great big American flag to help you find your way, You have a great selection, Easy to find parking and when you walk in the showroom, the air-conditioning is on, and you were greeted with a smile by the receptionist, I met with Ezekiel the manager because I know him, He is very knowledgeable and professional in all aspects, The sales staff is the same. The services & promises were not met. The sales & finance people were deceptive, and Crooked. The figures were changed before final pick up ( review ALL figures). Our deposit was changed & deducted after financing and at the end of loan. The tanks were not emptied (including the black tank, no telling how long it sat like that) and none were refilled & topped off like promised & paid for. It was a frustrating & aggravating experience. Never again!
Kerry was so great! I came in knowing exactly what I wanted, and he didn’t try to Sway me. He just walked me through the process and was honest with everything . If you go back to buy something at camping world ask for Kerry, he will take good care of you!
