Richardsons Building Service took over our build after we’d had a contract dispute with our previous builder, and I’m so grateful they did. Their communication was excellent from day one, the workmanship was great, and they made practical changes to improve the original design. The final result is honestly better than we expected. Highly recommend.
The staff were very professional nothing was too much of a problem, we would like to thank Lawrence and Steff for all the help and patience they were a great help to us all through the build. We built our home with Richardson Builders in 2024 under Lawrence Court. Lawrence and his team were the best professionals to build with. We were initially given a timeline of 12 months for a 2 storied 660m2 home, but got it before the stipulated time. Lawrence was present there everyday and oversaw every detail of the house.
