Definitely a real estate agent who advocates for owners, not for renters. Communication was also terrible, with days-long waits for responses when corresponding by email. Would not recommend if you are looking to rent. We, as tenants, tried to work collaboratively with the landlord to resolve a very small issue; however, the landlord would not.
