This business rented me a house that did not have a functioning bathroom door for 6+ months. After hounding them for a fix, they decided to evict me from the house for 'owner wants it back' despite it being back on the market immediately with fraudulent details. The company falsely claimed amounts on my bond which I had to resolve with the RTA, and ruled in my favour. Disgraceful and fraudulent practices appear common here.

I rented my investment property out through R&W Caboolture for numerous years, and recently changed to another agency for a few reasons. - There were a couple of instances where I needed costly repairs done (several thousands of dollars). Would NOT recommend them to manage your investment property. They used to be really good, but as of a year or so ago things have changed, you don’t have a dedicated property manager - so speak with different people every time, no one is very familiar or interested in your property. I’ve found some of the staff really rude and short on the phone. Definitely not worth the management fee you are paying.
