Great friendly staff and great people to deal
Sue Dewar has been nothing short of amazing!! Sue is extremely professional, & very easy to get along with. We felt comfortable with her from the start, & she has felt more like a friend than an Agent. Sue gave us ample time & space to view the property we were interested in (not hanging over us as some Agents do), and it seemed like nothing was too much trouble. I rented through Richardson & Wrench Caboolture for almost 4 years. While the final inspection was completed without issue and my bond was ultimately released, my overall experience as a tenant was disappointing. Throughout my tenancy I reported numerous maintenance issues including leaking guttering, roof leaks, mould concerns, drainage problems, pest issues, fencing and gate repairs, plumbing issues and electrical faults. I had a horrible experience with one of their drivers. They should have a stern chat to your staff when they are driving your vehicles as they are representing your business. Disgusting driving behaviour.
