Would NOT recommend them to manage your investment property. They used to be really good, but as of a year or so ago things have changed, you don’t have a dedicated property manager - so speak with different people every time, no one is very familiar or interested in your property. I’ve found some of the staff really rude and short on the phone. Definitely not worth the management fee you are paying.

Sue Dewar has been nothing short of amazing!! Sue is extremely professional, & very easy to get along with. We felt comfortable with her from the start, & she has felt more like a friend than an Agent. Sue gave us ample time & space to view the property we were interested in (not hanging over us as some Agents do), and it seemed like nothing was too much trouble.
