They seem almost Criminal! The installed well pump at our house and it keeps breaking; it's under warranty but they refuse to come out and replace it saying they are too busy and just don't want to deal with it anymore. We paid another drilling company $200 to come out and look at it, they agreed it's a new pump and tank under warranty so they advised us to get Richardson Well Drilling to come back out and stand behind their work and parts.
