First time we used him it he was great. Tried to get him to do some work done on my van. He said he was going to get in touch with me about the the job that evening but he didn't. I waited till the next day nothing. So I text to see if he still wanted to to the job. Still no answer. Reliable not.

Fantastic service, I have an old mercedes v220 van which had several issues with the engine and various components. Greg came by swiftly, diagnosed the problem and fitted the parts. Very professional and friendly service, my new goto mechanic, won't be going anywhere else in future apart from Richardson vehicle services.

Can't comment on the quality of the service as he never showed up. Said he would come but had to rearrange for the next day - fair enough. But then on the next day never showed up, no message to say why and ignored all further communication attempts from me. Totally unprofessional.
