Dr. Stampe was so helpful with my TMJ. She took a lot of time to asses my symptoms and walked me through the plan along with additional options to try if I wanted /depending on the results I was seeing. I didn’t end up needing any of them because it worked so well! Thanks to Dr. Stampe and her team, I found out that I have mild sleep apnea (apparently common with TMJ). I cannot express how life-changing my care at Richardson Sleep and Facial Pain Center has been. 7 months ago, I walked into the practice, without an appointment, knowing no one. I had been at a dentist office in the area for a routine cleaning and my jaw locked. I was in extreme pain and needed help ASAP. I was welcomed in, set up my first appointment, and then my TMJ treatment journey began.
