Came in with great respect. David saw the problem and immediately knew the solution, quick and easy. He also gave some advice for new homeowners that will definitely help in the long run. If your local this is the guy and I’m grateful to have him around.
Dave is phenomenal! Super personable and incredibly outgoing. Honest assessment and honest pricing. This is the second time we’ve had the pleasure of him working on our house and he never disappoints - he had our water heater exchanged quickly and correctly compared to the past group we used. Had we known about Richardson Plumbing the first time, we wouldn’t have been in the mess we were in today. Highly recommended!
Very poor customer service. Originally came in to check a running toilet. Installed an incorrect size flapper and it kept running. Charged 540$ for the original job. Condescending when called again to help fix. Shows up unannounced and then stares it's fine and dismisses claims. We then got another plumbing company to fix the issue. Would 100% never use this company again. Would give 0 stars if we could.
He came out fast, identified the potential problem immediately, and you can't beat the price. He is friendly, cordial, and professional. I would highly recommend using Richardson Plumbing Co over a huge overpriced large plumbing business, where they drag their feet, misidentify issues to increase their payout, and overcharge you.
Really great plumber to work with. Very friendly and helpful. Gave a military discount and was cheaper than other plumbers around town. Very old school and even provided advice to go talk to city before he came out for a paid job!!
