Called Mr Richardson after another plumber didn't pick up and call me back. This was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had with any plumbing company. Down to earth good guy. Knows his plumbing inside out and all the companies in the area. Been doing it a long time. We had a small leak coming from the top nipple of our water heater.
