The crew at Richardson Ornamental Iron were great. We ordered railings for the front and back of our home and they delivered them in the time frame promised. They workmanship is fantastic and the install was professional and solid. Gene stayed in contact with us the entire time and gave us a more than fair price for the railing. Just great job from start to finish.
Still waiting for our railing since October. Install was supposed to happen a month ago.
Thank you so much for such an amazing job! I’m a super picky customer. But the rails are so smooth and seamless. They are fit perfectly to our porch and were made and installed fairly quick! Highly recommend to everyone who wants a custom rails!

I taught high school for 32 years, so I understand the gamut of responses and conversations you can have with various people. Rarely have I ever dealt with an individual as rude and curt as the gentleman who operates Richardson Ornamental Iron company. Im sorry for his negative responses and behavior...how he has remained in business for so long is surprising to me. I am truly sorry to post a negative review, but I feel certain that I am not the only customer who has felt this way after dealing with thus man.
