Boss mechanic saved our ass when we needed it thank you very much
My mother took her car to see what was wrong with it and paid then left, car played up again so took it back an was told to book it in again, there for have to pay again after not being fixed the first time, then staff yelled at my mother and daughter who is 5! And made her cry! Unacceptable to act especially infront of a child! Absolutely disgusting.
Known this Business for around 50 years and top notch mechanics
Great at what they do, amazing mechanics, BUT I advised I can only afford a general service plus the fuel filter, due to current employment as a trainee, couldn’t stress it enough. They advised would be roughly $460. I get the call that the car is ready and they said they decided to do a full service that was due and will cost me $700, without consulting me to ask if it was ok to go ahead with rest of the works. Bit of a shock, but were happy enough to do a payment plan.
