Rick Carlson did an awesome job from start to finish. This our fourth Honda Odyssey and the first time buying from Richardson Motors. I would gladly make the drive up to Dubuque again for my next new car purchase.

Brought in for Service Engineer Light, plus oil change. I assume they did the oil change, no way to tell but I paid for it. But found out after I left the service engine light was still on. Called back, they said they didn’t have the part to fix it, so they didn’t. Thinking they should have told me that right away instead of saying there was no charge for that part of the service because it was still under warranty.
Rick was professional and knowledgeable throughout the car buying experience. Highly recommend dealing with him.
