Our salesman Doug was top notch. Great experience dealing with him. The suburban we bought did develop some issues, but Richardsons is standing behind it and taking care of the issue. Which is the right thing to do.

My wife and I bought a used 2018 suburban premier at Richardson recently. Upon looking it over we noticed that the rear tailgate didn't close with the button. Salesman said they would fix that. The vehicle was also not detailed that well. Said they'd clean it up for us. Told them I'd be back in the morning their was one other I wanted to just see, and this thing is 18.7' long so wanna make sure it'll fit in the wife's garage.
