Richardson Molding is a horrible place to work. The only thing that Steve Dyer values is money. He does not value the employees that work for him and that trickles down through the chain of command to the Plant Manager that pushes the shift supervisors to push the employees to give up their lives to make the CEO money. Nor does R.M. care how it's employees are treated as long as they are willing to work 12 hours a day, 7 days a week.
