I have been a patient at Richardson Medical Center twice. Dr Drew Proctor is an excellent physician. Has a wonderful bedside manner and takes such good care of me when I’m there. The staff is so caring and personal and takes excellent care of you when a patient there. I highly recommend RMC. If they can’t take care of your needs you are transferred to a larger hospital. Thank you so much Dr Proctor and the hospital staff. 🩷🩷
Im an advocate for the disabled and chronic pain patients. I have delt with so many bad medical professionals it isnt even funny. I'd like to say this was the best experience I've had at a hospital. Everyone from the front desk to the janitor are freaking amazing!!! The nurses actually cared about me!!! Im literally blown away. I cannot express how different of an experience i had.
