Admittedly, another number was called first. Advertised 24 hour service… no answer. Richardson Mechanical’s website actually said “Open”. Sure enough, phone was promptly answered and a time given for arrival. As that time approached, got a call saying he’d be a bit later, but still coming. Communication! Such a simple, but appreciated thing! Showed up just before new time. Very courteous, professional, and quick. Definitely recommend.
Amazing service!! Called at 9:30 on a Monday morning. Had Bailey and Jamie at my home at 11 within four hours they had repaired and then relocating my AC and did an amazing job! Highly recommend them! Isobel
