This place was closing when I was picking up a load and they went beyond to help me and get me loaded, thank you guys, respect.
In the past several years I've had 2 work related emergencies involving broken parts which are proprietary to the machines I service. Both times Richardson has come through for me with either same day or near same day service where they machined replacement parts based off the broken components I brought in. Both my client and I agree they are an excellent company to work with.
Very quick loading just , got out with 15 minute.
I'm a contract machinist and have worked them two times..the 1st time I was let go because they said I wasn't catching on fast enough. Their machinist are very old and half of them don't have working convera belts don't work so you have to get insurance the machine and shovel out chips(very unsafe and dangerous)the 2nd time I wasn't there for two days and they remembered me and canceled my contract...I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to work there.
