Useless. Was referred by my employer plan. Called and left a voicemail about contesting a false citation. The girl who called me back was a buffoon. Wasted my time calling me back and getting all of the information only to tell me “Mr Richardson isn’t taking trials at this time”. Like girl I left a voicemail saying I wanted to contest this, stop playing. They should probably hire some new staff with critical thinking skills.
