My son’s father took me to court and I wasn’t served any paperwork. Ben represented me and helped me 10 fold through the process. He had all the lies my ex told thrown out and really put my best interest first. He got me full custody of my son with supervised visitation for the first twoish years. He really looked out for my sons and Is’ best interest. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for an attorney to put you first and not be afraid of being aggressive to get it

Terrible attorney. Doesn't return emails or phone calls. Tells me on a Friday to appear in person to court on Monday. Then tells me on Sunday it's a zoom meeting. At the zoom, the court clerk asks why we were on the zoom? My case was scheduled for Tuesday. My ex knew about the court date for 3 weeks! Please save your money and use someone else!
Beware this law firm! He will take all your money and put your case in jeopardy then drop you on your court day!! He’s aggressive to his clients! Do not trust Benton Richardson. I’m sure they will remove this review because he’s corrupted. There is no lie in what I’m saying.
Have had many unwanted experiences with attorneys but with Ben I was thankful for everything he did.
