Great gym! Perfect to keep training if you're TDY at the base. Rob the owner is super friendly and will meet you at whatever level you're at.
Top notch coaching, watch out for Rob he’ll take your back from any where, don’t matter if he’s home cooking or out on the mats! 5/5 safety and inclusivity, will be back ASAP
I know from personal experience the effect BJJ and the people at this gym have on people. People say “you are who you hang out with” would agree the same comes from the gym and coach you choose. Thank you for coaching me and for always being there when I need help. Highly recommend. You’re never too old to start!

Rob’s gym is awesome! Unfortunately I only got to take classes for two weeks while attending Air Force training, but this gym had an amazing impact on my bjj journey. First of all, the gym is the cleanest I’ve ever seen! The instructors are very patient, clear and want every student to understand the concepts and improve.
