AC broke at my tenants apartment when it was 100 degrees outside. Richardson responded right away and put me on a schedule to install a new system in three days. They were on time three days later and were done the same day. My tenants were happy and I was pleased also. Thank you, Richardson!
After having a bad experience with a different HVAC company it was Richardson Heating to the rescue! The technician was able to come to assess my AC unit the very next day after I called and installed a new unit (in the middle of summer!!) within 1 week. The service provided was discussed thoroughly with me, professional, and friendly. As long as I’m in the area Richardson will be the only company I’ll use for any HVAC needs.
