When my brother-in-law passed away last month, my wife chose Richardson's as they had provided services to her family for over twenty years. Her experience with Paul was not the same as that of Emily and Hernan who attended, but were not in charge of nor financially responsible for the same funeral. Paul is the most unprofessional and rude person we have ever worked with. Our family has trusted Richardson funeral home for years and years. But Paul has ruined their reputation for us. Condescending, immature and just so disappointing. Emily and Bill, however, were lovely and so so helpful. Choose wisely when you go to Richardson. 🤨

Absolutely a positive, attentive, experienced funeral home. Met our every need and met all needs as they came up. They took care of everything and allowed us our time to grieve on our own terms.
