Paul is the most unprofessional and rude person we have ever worked with. Our family has trusted Richardson funeral home for years and years. But Paul has ruined their reputation for us. Condescending, immature and just so disappointing. Emily and Bill, however, were lovely and so so helpful. Choose wisely when you go to Richardson. 🤨
