I have purchased two brand new vehicles from Richardson Ford including my Puma this year and they were brilliant towards me from making initial enquiries to the vehicle handover. They answered all my questions and took me out on multiple test drives before assisting me with my bespoke order and helping me choose a suitable finance package and the vehicle is awesome. I highly recommend Richardson Ford and I would like to thank them for everything they have done for me.
By far the most incompetent people I have ever had the misfortune of having to deal with! The service department don't have a clue what they are doing. They do not communicate, don't answer phones or call back despite promising to do so numerous times. Car has been in and out with same fault 3 times. It has been with them for 2 months now and I am completely in the dark as to what is happening. Service advisors are worse than useless, with no people or mechanical skills, who point the finger at each other! Avoid!

Staff are always polite, efficient and clear about the work to be carried out on my car. The work is always completed on time.
Excellent customer service from start to finish having dealt with Robbie regarding the purchase of a used vehicle at Richardson Motor Group in Driffield. I live a fair distance from the dealership, so Robbie talked through the car in great detail, including its full service history and sending a thorough whatsapp video of the car, so I would be satisfied with the condition upon collection.
