Fit Body Family is a unique and well designed program for the 55+ crowd focused on building strength, increasing flexibility, and refining balance. Personalized coaching in a small group setting, including progress reports and goal setting. Knowledgeable and encouraging coaches, great community. Just what I was looking for!
So glad I found Fit Body Forever! We workout as a group but there are 2 trainers in each class that gladly work with you individually. Love the participants and staff and WANT to go and improve my mind and body
I finally found an exercise facility for 55+ that I absolutely LOVE!!! The classes at RICHARDSON FIT BODY FOREVER are 45 minutes plus warmup and cooldown stretching. We usually move through 6-8 exercise stations with 3 or 4 of us at each station, completing 2 full rotations each class. We are reminded to introduce ourselves to our station buddies, making it a super friendly & happy place.
