Fit Body Forever offers a one of a kind workout for people over 60. This workout is so challenging physically and mentally. It builds strength for older adults that you incorporate in your everyday life. The coaches are so knowledgeable and supportive. This will definitely improve your quality of life.
I joined Richardson Fit Body because I knew I needed structure and accountability. I’ve failed at doing it on my own enough to know this about myself. The second I walked in on my first day, they greeted me by name. They expected me and they were looking for me. All the coaches are so positive and upbeat.
