What a great gym! This is the first gym where I’ve actually enjoyed working out and kept consistent with my workout schedule! This gym is built around class-based workouts, focused on HIT and strengthening exercises. Membership is required, and members sign up for reserved spots in classes. Memberships are of 2 types: a regular Fit Body “Boot Camp” and Over-55 “Fitbody Family Forever” classes, and are led by 2 trainers.
