They made an appointment for service and didn't show up. Did not respond to my phone message asking where they were.
Richardson has been so wonderful to work with! He is very knowledgeable and helpful in finding creative solutions to accommodate the many quirks and surprises that have come up in my older, and somewhat strangely-built home. He has also been kind, friendly, and extremely patient throughout the chaos of my remodeling project. I couldn’t recommend this company more highly!
