I needed to REVIEW Richardson Dodge. I wanted to blast them about poor customer service, but it looks like everyone else already has. They owe me an oil change that I paid for and refused to honer their end. I'm probably going to have my attorney send them a letter demanding a refund. Or I might just tell everyone to not trust the manager behind the service counter. I've purchased 3 Ram Trucks from this dealer. I will no longer do business with them.
Brought in my Honda civic to get my A/C fixed and Jesus got it back to blowing cold talked me through to what he did to get it working. Thanks
