The sales manager, Jon, was fanatic to work with. He was very willing to work with us. Jon had great people skills. And once we decided on a vehicle, he made everything happen smoothly and quickly. 10/10. Would definitely work with Jon again!
Over priced.. I saved over 7k by driving down to New Zealand.. less miles, south of Grand Rapids for the same type of vehicle.
Very disappointed with my purchase I made with you guys back in July. I purchased what I thought was a really nice 2019 gmc sierra only to find out three months later that the transmission is failing and needs to be replaced. I’ve called Richard dealership about this issue and all I get is a sorry and no resolution. I paid almost 30k for this truck and should NOT have a failing transmission.
I have had nothing but the best service experience, each and every time. Thank you Courtney and team. I couldn't ask for a better service advisor. Hands down Courtney I will not trust anyone else with my girl. Thank you so much for the wealth of your knowledge. Thank you!
