We worked with Rick Carlson and he was courteous, informative and Ifelt he was working for us and wanted our purchasing process to go smooth. I have had trouble with the Honda Link app. He worked with us but I decided I would not use the Honda Link that much. I have one draw back with my purchase the Honda CRV does not have the button on my mirror to enable my garage door to open.
