Great experience with Richardson and my salesperson, Mitch! When I started looking for a new car, I called a few dealerships and immediately felt like I was getting the run-around. Initially the sale started really smooth with Tony but not even two weeks into owning my vehicle I’ve had strange noises and had a mechanic diagnose a multi hundred dollar issue on the car already. I was told by my salesmen that the car had been inspected and they said everything on the car was in good condition. Now not even two weeks in(haven’t even had my first car payment yet) I’m having to sink hundreds into fixing it already and Richardson motors refuses to fix anything or help me in anyway. Sam did a fantastic job!! No pressure sales environment, and everyone we talked to was very courteous and friendly!! If we want or need a new car in the future, we will definitely go back to Richardson Motors and find Sam!!
