Was very satisfied with service, technician and the replacement. Called insurance company on a Wednesday, replacement was scheduled for the next day. Safelite came to my home and took care of it.

I scheduled a mobile appointment through my insurance company and the afternoon before the appointment it was canceled and I had to drive to the location to get my glass fixed. Very frustrating as I had already made other arrangements around the Mobile schedule.
They put a new windshield in my truck. Came to my home,which was wonderful. Two of them came. They were very professional. Did a great job.
