Mike was very forthcoming about the Van he sold me. He told me upfront about any flaws . I felt very comfortable and feel that he was one of the most upfront honest dealers I’ve met. Gave me a lot of confidence. I will be back!! OK now what do I do?

I had a terrible experience with Richardson Auto Sales. I purchased a Jeep from them, and within days it started having major issues — clearly a lemon. When I returned to the dealership to address the problem, instead of helping me or taking any responsibility, they were incredibly rude and kicked me out of the store. I’ve never dealt with such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from a business. Buyers beware — once they have your money, they don’t care. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I purchased a Jeep Renegade from Richardson Auto LLC and it turned out to be a complete lemon.
