The fact that my license plate was withheld due to me leaving a honest review is immature. I initially enjoyed my experience with this car lot until they didn’t uphold their end of our agreement. With the attached texts you see them giving me the run around about fixing the issues they agreed upon. In the attached texts you will see this car lot admitting the lack of knowledge of the cars that they’re reselling and not simply issuing an apology but rather berate me about my honest review based on my encounter.
Bought a car in December, drove it maybe about a month and haven’t been able to drive it since. The amount of money I’ve put into the car to just try to get it running has been ridiculous.
Purchased a vehicle a few days ago and it was such a breeze. They made everything painless! I am so happy with my car! Would absolutely recommend buying from this lot.
Tammy and her husband from Richardson Auto Mart went way beyond the required in getting my car registered...the car has been great...can't thank them enough...I'm sure anyone would find it a great place to purchase a car...
