This office is the WORST. Dr. Richardson is only in the office 2-3 days a week and her medical assistant does not return phone calls. (Neither Brad or the new one she has.) My sweet Dad has been calling this office for weeks just to ask a simple question, and has never heard back from them. Even the home healthcare nurses that go to my parent’s house are disgusted with her office and lack of follow up.
