Do NOT ever call this company!!! I have warned you!! They do NOT care about anyone at all!! Very disrespectful and will hang up on you if they do not like what you are saying. I will be calling to speak to a manager cause the way my call was handled was a complete disgrace. You all call yourself a ambulance company and act like that oh no you will not get away with this! I am going to report your company. Very rude!!
I will never ever in my life ask them to take me anywhere. I made the mistake of calling them in an emergency and it was the most unprofessional slowest ride ever. It took me about an hour to get to the hospital. I understand they are not for emergency purposes but in the case of an emergency the patient would be dead. If I tell you I can't breathe then don't tell me to take deep breaths and make me walk to the stretcher. Once I got to the hospital and was diagnosed I had pneumonia and my lungs were inflamed.
