As the President of a Home Owners Association of 44 condominium owners, I hired Richard in 2012 for grounds and snow services. I have lived here for 18 years and he has lasted longer than all the previous companies put together in that time frame. In addition to mowing and snow removal he has cleaned gutters, trimmed some trees, cleared leaves and fallen branches, maintained and operated our irrigation system and professionally addressed the usual issues from finicky neighbors better than all of his predecessors.
