Friendly, knowledgeable, pricey if you have it do it
Excellent service amazing customer relations I can’t say enough about this company. this is the second time I’ve used pen Windows and I would use them a third time!
Penn Window is the BEST! I have used them 3 times for window replacement. My windows are big custom type in an MCM house and I could not be happier. From the low pressure, knowledgeable salesperson, to the courteous measuring guy, to the meticulous installer, who is an artist when it comes to aluminum trim finishing work! All consonant professionals. Worth every penny!
Ordered blinds (shades) for the living room and dining room. A total of eight windows. The installer took his time to make sure everything was installed properly. He removed old curtains and hardware. Cleaned up after installation. Everything looks great. I would definitely buy from them again. .
